1. Agreement to Legal Terms

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and My Steam Reviews, operated by Fyri Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website at steamreviews.my and our Google Sheets review extraction templates and software scripts (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or purchasing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & License

We are the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including code, Google Apps Script templates, website design, brand elements, and prompt libraries (collectively, the "Content").

License Grant:

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms and payment of the applicable one-time purchase fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and execute the Google Apps Script code and spreadsheet templates solely for your internal business and game development purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or package our scripts into derivative commercial software products without express prior written consent.

3. Purchases, Pricing, & Lifetime Access

• One-Time Payment: The purchase price ($27 USD launch offer, regular $49 USD) is a one-time fee granting lifetime access to the purchased script template and future script updates. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden maintenance fees.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by official storefront merchants (Gumroad or itch.io). All purchases are subject to the payment merchant's checkout rules and currency exchange settings.
• Instant Delivery: Access is delivered electronically immediately upon completed checkout.

4. Steam Web API & Third-Party Platforms

My Steam Reviews utilizes Valve Corporation's official Steam Web API to fetch publicly available game reviews.

• No API Key Required: The tool operates using Steam's public storefront review endpoint, so you do not need to register or configure a Steam API key.
• TOS Compliance: The script operates through official API endpoints without web scraping, ensuring compliance with Valve's Terms of Service.
• API Availability: While we maintain script compatibility with Steam's official endpoints, we are not responsible for unannounced changes or rate limiting imposed directly by Valve Corporation or Google Drive infrastructure.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell, publicly leak, or re-distribute the Google Apps Script code.
• Impersonate My Steam Reviews or represent yourself as an official representative of Valve Corp.
• Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

7. Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
