Payments are processed securely via third-party storefronts (Gumroad and itch.io), and we never handle or store your credit card or financial account details directly.

3. Google Workspace & Steam API Privacy Guarantee

My Steam Reviews is built as a client-side Google Apps Script that operates directly inside your own Google Drive account to query public data via Steam's official Web API.

• No Centralized Review Storage: All extracted Steam review data, AppIDs, and spreadsheet contents remain strictly inside your personal Google Drive account. We do not transmit or store your extracted review data on our servers.
• No AI/ML Model Training: Any data processed through Google Workspace APIs or your local Apps Script execution is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
• Steam API Compliance: Our tools access only publicly available Steam review data via approved API channels and do not scrape or collect private user account credentials.

4. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for the following legitimate business purposes:

• Fulfilling product purchases and providing template script access.
• Sending administrative updates, product announcements, and waitlist notifications.
• Responding to support requests and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
• Maintaining security, preventing fraud, and ensuring legal compliance.
